This company genuinely cares about your home and about getting you the price you will be happy with. We loved how easy going they are and did not pressure us into anything. They were very patient even though sometimes we surely were trying.
A specific experience we were happy with was we did not have to ask if they would consider taking less commission, it was offered up front. Secondly, when we asked if they wold consider being our agents on the purchasing end and even though we were moving only 35 miutes away, the declined. They said they didn't know the area that well, how many agents would pass up another $20K or $30K?? That says a lot about the company. Third, our e-mails and calls were returned or answered promptly which we very much appreciated.
