Dear Chris and Lori,
We are writing to express our sincere gratitude to both of you for your expertise, assistance, patience, and support during the process of selling our home.
As a retired couple, we decided to downsize and leave our beloved Livermore home and neighborhood. A few years ago, a former neighbor recommended Tarantino Real Estate if we should ever decide to sell. Well the time had come, and we decided to give you a call. The first step was to determine the best time to put the home on the market. February?? Really? We were surprised with that response.
The next step was to prepare the home for market. We had inspections done, even though this is typically not the seller’s responsibility. Well, thanks to Chris’s advice, we were able to find hidden problems and have them taken care of before the house even went on the market. In regards to the interior of the home, you both offered a few recommendations that helped make the house shine! In addition, through this process, we were connected with some amazing people who were very talented in their trades.
And then there is you, Lori. we can’t say enough about the instant communication, the reassurance at all times of the day and night, and the preparations made for every detail of selling a home. These details include arranging for the cleaning of the windows and the house, the staging, the photography, the gorgeous brochures, as well as providing us with updates at every step of the way. You even came up with a “Plan B” when we were concerned about our estate sale. I (Janice) can be a very anxious person. Without you, I may not have made it through this downsizing process! You were invaluable to me!
Of course, in the end, Chris was right! Did I mention that he knows his stuff? February was the best time to sell, as there was little to no inventory at the time. With Chris’s exceptional negotiating skills, our home had multiple offers over asking price within days of putting it on the market. The closing process was also a breeze.
