Against the backdrop of vineyards and a winding creek, Pulte Homes has created The Oaks, a luxtury collection of estate-style homes. Built between 1998 – 2000 and located in sub-area of the Award Winning South Livermore Specific Plan, the eight floorplans range from 2,800sqft. – 3,795sqft.
